Apple Pie
Traditional American dessert with a flaky crust and sweet apple filling.

Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
- 6 cups sliced apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix apples with sugar, flour, spices, and lemon juice.
- Fill crust, dot with butter, top with second crust, crimp edges, cut vents.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until crust is golden and filling bubbles.
