Buffalo Wings
Crispy chicken wings coated in spicy buffalo sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Toss wings with baking powder and salt. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 minutes turning once.
- Mix hot sauce with melted butter. Toss baked wings in sauce.
