Cheeseburger
Juicy grilled burger with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Ingredients
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 beef patties (1/4 lb each)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles
- Salt, pepper
- Ketchup and mustard
Instructions
- Season patties with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt.
- Toast buns. Assemble with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sauces.
