New England Clam Chowder
Creamy soup with clams, potatoes, and bacon.

Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cups clam juice
- 1 cup chopped clams
- 1 cup cream
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon, sauté onion in fat. Add potatoes and clam juice, simmer until tender.
- Stir in clams and cream. Warm through. Season.
