Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups clam juice
  • 1 cup chopped clams
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, sauté onion in fat. Add potatoes and clam juice, simmer until tender.
  2. Stir in clams and cream. Warm through. Season.
