Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Maple syrup and butter to serve

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet with dry until just mixed. Do not overmix.
  4. Cook 1/4 cup batter per pancake on a greased skillet until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden.
  5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
