Mac and Cheese
Creamy baked macaroni with a cheddar topping.

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta. Make roux with butter and flour, whisk in milk.
- Stir in cheese, combine with pasta, bake 20 minutes.
